Cookie policy
This is a translation provided for convenience. The legally binding version of this document is the Polish one.
1. This site uses no cookies
The site https://blacke.bike is static and stores no cookies on your device — neither our own nor third-party ones. We keep no visitor statistics and use no analytics tools or advertising pixels.
That is why we do not ask for consent and show no banner. The consent required by Article 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Act applies to files that are not necessary for providing the service — we have no files at all that would require it.
2. We load nothing from external servers
Every element of the page — fonts, images, stylesheets and scripts — comes from our own server. We embed no maps, videos or widgets from third-party services.
This has a concrete effect on your privacy: your IP address is not passed to any third party merely because you opened our page.
3. What the server records
The server hosting the site keeps standard technical logs (IP address, request time, page address, browser type). They serve only to keep the site secure and working correctly — the basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are not combined with customer data and are not used to track user behaviour.
4. The app and Telegram are separate
If you use our app or the Telegram bot, the rules of the relevant platform — Apple, Google or Telegram Messenger — also apply there. We have no influence over what data those parties collect within their own services. What we process from those channels is described in the Privacy policy.
5. If this changes
Should we introduce visitor statistics in the future, we will choose a tool that stores no cookies and transfers no data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we will add a table of purposes and retention periods to this document, and — where the law requires it — ask for your consent before anything is stored on your device.
