If a week works out cheaper than six separate days, you pay for the week. The system checks this on every booking, and you see the breakdown before paying.
Deposit — 100–200 zł
Taken at pick-up, returned in full once the bike comes back undamaged.
Included: helmet on request, lock, charger, and help if something breaks.

We repair electric bikes
Including ones you did not rent from us. An e-bike is not an ordinary bike: the battery, motor and controller need diagnostics rather than guesswork. We do this daily, because we maintain our own fleet.

Questions
Before you ask
What documents do I need?
Photo ID — an identity card or passport. We check it when handing over the bike and record only what the rental agreement requires. The details are in our RODO notice for rentals.
How much is the deposit and when do I get it back?
The deposit is separate from the rental price and is not part of the booking total. You get it back in full if the bike comes back working and complete. The terms are set out in the rental regulations.
What if the bike breaks down while I am out?
Message us in the chat and describe what happened. Faults caused by normal wear are on us — you do not pay for them. We do not leave anyone stranded with a broken bike on the other side of town.
Can I extend the rental?
Yes, from your phone, as long as the bike is not already booked by someone else. We remind you before the rental ends.
How far does one charge go?
In the city, usually a full day of riding. The real range depends on your weight, the assistance level and the temperature — batteries hold less in winter. A charger comes with every rental.
Do you deliver the bike?
Yes, delivery across Warsaw is a paid option at booking. By default you collect the bike from us at Wolska 84.
Can I rent for a few hours?
The basic unit is a day, so a short rental is charged as one. If you need a bike for a couple of hours, write to us in the chat and we will sort it out.
